YOUR CONSUMER RIGHT OF RETURN AND REFUND.
All our prints are rolled and shipped in sealed tubes or folded, depending on the artwork. It is important to have clean hands when opening the tubes and be really careful when extracting the print from the tube.
If you receive a damaged product you must immediately return it with the shipper (do not sign for it), and notify us within 7 days of receipt or your return will not be accepted.
If a product has been delivered to you before you decide to cancel your order, then you must return it to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 10 days after the day on which you let us know that you wish to cancel the order. You can either send it back, or return it to us at the address Inkdose, Grecia 2, 18198 Granada.
Unless the product is faulty or not as described, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us. If the product is one which cannot be returned by post, we estimate that if you use the carrier which delivered the product to you, these costs should not exceed the sums we charged you for delivery.
If you have returned the products to us because they are faulty or mis-described, we will refund the price of the products in full, together with any applicable delivery charges, and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.
If your print is damaged upon arrival and you wish for a refund or exchange, you must report the damaged print by email to [email protected]within 72 hours of receipt. Prints not reported within 72 hours are not subject to a refund or exchange. The print must be sent back to us within 10 days, and we must receive the returned item before a replacement can be sent to you. We’re not responsible for losing prints that are being returned by the customer, so we recommend that all returns be sent by registered post, so that you have a record of the return. Where a return is lost or stolen in transit to us, you should claim compensation from the company that shipped the return.
Please note, if an item arrives damaged in any way, we will accept returns and we will refund you the postage to send it back to us. If the item is already sold out by the time it’s returned to us, however, we cannot replace it with the same print; we will have to either send a similar print (of your choosing among available stock) or a refund. We are glad to keep our artwork limited edition, and hope that you will understand.
Please note: shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
We will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay. If you used vouchers to pay for the product we may refund you in vouchers.
