All our editions are the result of a collaboration between artists and Inkdose. Remember that our goal is to increase the Inkdose European Family. So, all the prints are original, and each one is numbered and hand-signed by the artist. They are printed on quality art paper, and are rolled and shipped in sealed tubes or folded, depending on the artwork. It is important to have clean hands when opening the tubes and be really careful when extracting the print out of the tube.

Since you are going to own a work of original art, you will also receive a certificate which validates its authenticity. In addition, the certificate provides you with detailed information such as the paper and print techniques that were used, print date and edition size.

As you can see on the website, Inkdose offers gallery quality framing. We work with a highly-professional framing service. Frame and passpartout are included in the framing price. When you select the framing service, delivery takes a bit longer than standard order.

We attempt to describe our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the website are 100% accurate or error-free. If a product offered by us and purchased by you is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it.

We make every effort to ensure that the pricing displayed on our website is correct. However, if an error in the pricing of a product is found we reserve the right to either cancel your order or contact you to arrange a payment or refund (as applicable).

We reserve the right to limit quantities on certain items.

Online orders are normally processed within 5 business days (one week). We ship the prints worldwide. Shipping charges are calculated per ship-to address and are based on the total cost of your order. Delivery deadlines vary from 20 to 30 business days depends on the countries. Don’t forget to check the shipping status page for the most up-to-date information.

We reserve the right to ship products at a later date, up to 28 days after purchase. With the artists schedules and international shipping, sometimes our shipping can take a bit longer. Please keep in mind they have to numbered and hand-signed the prints and most of the artists work or live in different countries and this can add additional time.

We cannot be responsible for shipping delays caused by incorrect information. However if we need additional information, or if there are any discrepancies, you will be contacted within 5 business days from the time the order was placed. Shipments that you re-direct and shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be guaranteed to deliver on time. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Our payment system offers two secure payment options using Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or your Paypal account. If you need to do a bank wired, email us and we will be pleased to give you the account details.

All payments are taken in Euro. All international payments apply the current exchange rate. All orders shipped within Spain are charged the standard VAT tax of 21%. If you’re ordering from another country other than Spain, you will not be charged with a sales tax.

Purchased items may be subject to customs duties and other taxes and charges upon entry into the destination country. Please note that these charges are not included in our shipping fees. Please also note that there may be delays due to customs and additional charges applied for this.

In the rare case your artwork was damaged in transit, please send us a quick email with a few photos and we’ll discuss the next step of getting it resolved. We will review and get back to you within one business day. Please note that we sell limited pieces and due to this reason your replacement may be out of stock.
